WAR's RESPONSE

We can't tell you very much about the lawsuit because even though it was filed in New York Supreme Court on June 29, 2006, no one from WAR has been officially served yet.  Our knowledge of this suit comes from a conversation with a New York Post Reporter who read several pages of the lawsuit to us over the phone late last week.
