LSRI LOSES THEIR LAST MARKET MAKER

Thanks to all of you that participated in the campaign, we received confirmation today that the Vertical Group, is no longer making a market for LSRI.  In order to maintain their position on the Pink Sheets, LSRI needed at least one market maker to represent them.  Seaboard Securities dropped out over a week ago and with Vertical now gone, LSRI has been de-listed from the Pink Sheets.

Where is LSRI now?

If you check the Pink Sheets, LSRI's "Primary Venue is now listed as:  "Other OTC".

If you click on the hot link for OTC, it takes you to the following definition:

Other OTC
Or otherwise known as the "Grey Market" is the trading of a security that is not listed on any stock exchange or quoted on the Pink Sheets or the OTCBB. Other OTC trades are reported to the NASD so investors can track price and volume, however bids and offers are not collected in a central spot so Best Execution of orders is difficult.
